Ally Potrebka
Ally practices Yoga as a way to manage stress and find relaxation. She began her teaching journey as a way to deepen her knowledge of asana and other yogic practices. In combination with her studies in Holistic Nutrition, Ally creates change by empowering students to listen to their bodies and to practice compassionate self-care. Ally's classes will ground you, expand your connection to your body and leave you feeling nourished from head to toe.
