"I always loved to move my body, I was obsessed with gymnastics as a child and was intrigued by the shapes I was able to find with practice and discipline. After a little searching I found myself in a yoga class. I couldn’t believe how incredible it felt to reconnect with my body in ways similar as to when I was a child. It took about a year of regular classes before I knew I wanted to dive in deeper into understanding yoga and embarked upon my first teacher training".
During My Hatha Classes you can expect time and space to connect with your body, breath and mind. The overarching theme of my Hatha classes is self-care, doing what feels good for you in any given moment. Expect to finish class feeling rested in both body and mind with a fresh new outlook for your day.
During My Vinyasa Classes you can expect to reconnect to movement inspired by breath, allowing your breath to move your body. Fluid movements and static shapes will be explored, all whilst maintaining a continuous awareness of sensation, breath and mind. There is time for you in these classes to explore and create, making each practice your own.
During My Meditation Classes you can expect to be guided to a place of serenity, calm and relaxation. Using mantras, breath and awareness to settle a racing mind, soften tense tissues and to provide much needed respite from the demands of everyday life. These meditations are your moments of self-care.
