It was during a rough period in my life that I found yoga. I had gotten away from healthy movement so my first class was challenging to both body and ego. I found myself going back, week after week, finding solace for my mind. Not long after, I found myself on my way to yoga teacher training and it changed my life. My certifications pair nicely with my approach to health, yoga practice and my physiotherapy clinical practice. My emphasis is on safe movement, taking time to find the expression of each posture in your body and allowing breath to be the guide for developing your yoga practice.
