Emma found solace in teaching young women, sharing with them the simplicity of breath and movement and helping them through the struggles of adolescence. Her yoga career has taken her around the world, filming online classes, providing classes for all abilities. Emma lives each day with gratitude and a passion for life and infuses this idea into her classes.
