Joanna's path to yoga began with the practice of asana as a sister companion to her full-time investment in dance. She noticed a subtle shift starting to occur when she was choosing to spend more time on her mat. She began to explore creative expression through her asana practice. Join Joanna for thoughtful and inspiring classes that connect you to your body and breath.
