Strengthen your core and build heat in your body with Juan in this Intermediate Pilates Fusion Practice. This class features Pilates movements and exercises to help with strength and stability. Yoga poses are used for moments of grounding and centering and awareness of the breath. This class is a fabulous way to enhance core stability. Juan ends this practice in a seated position, so if you need a Savasana or meditative moment we suggest following this class with one of our fantastic Meditation or Yoga Nidra practices!
