Kate began her yoga journey as a way to reduce stress. She continues to practice yoga and meditation to uncover more of her true self every day. Yoga has helped her find self-acceptance and gratitude for the unique body she inhabits. Kates practice and journey as a teacher has compelled her to become a passionate advocate for health at every size and loving the body you’re in right now.
