This guided meditation practice begins with a breathwork technique known as 4-7-8 breath to help settle the mind and induce a state of calm. Mark then guides you through a meditation on breath and breath sensations. This is a wonderful practice prior to bed or if you need a reset mid-day!
**Please note that the breathwork portion of the practice uses breath retention and if you have any reason or medical condition where holding breath is not advised, we suggest you explore our other meditation practices.
