Join Juan for a creative flow practice centered around the pose of Padmasana, sometimes known as Lotus Pose. This class begins slowly with a focus on the breath and unfolds into a unique flow sequence to encourage a sense of play and discovery. A strap, blanket and blocks are suggested props for this practice.
Please note that this class does not contain any music, allowing your to play your own favorite music or to opt for silence.
