Yoga poses are used for moments of grounding and centering and awareness of the breath. This class is a fabulous way to enhance core stability. Juan ends this practice in a seated position, so if you need a Savasana or meditative moment we suggest following this class with one of our fantastic Meditation or Yoga Nidra practices!
