I went to my first yoga class almost 15 years ago; I was a student coming out of University and looking for an outlet. I still remember the atmosphere, the warmth and the nurturing welcome when I walked into the studio ~ it was a place my intuition knew I always wanted to be. The moment I experienced heart opening postures, I was in LOVE! And now I am sharing my passion of all things yoga with you.
