In this practice we work our way up to Hanumanasana (aka full splits) a shape that requires fearlessness, courage, and patience. Expect the practice to be well-rounded with a focus on releasing your hamstrings and cultivating inner strength. Blocks would be very useful for this practice or a similar form of support.
