By closing your eyes you will get rid of visual distractions and you will begin to tune into your true self. This meditation will leave you more aware of what is truly important so all the unnecessary thoughts and feelings can begin to make their way out.
Yoga has always been with me since I was born and I believe that we are all born yoginis and yogis because in one form or another we are always striving to be better versions of ourselves. It was not until I began to learn more about the philosophy of yoga that I noticed that, for as long as I can remember, I was already trying to apply all these concepts in my life. Yoga is one of my passions and I am so glad to be able to share it with you.
