About This Class

A 20 minute meditation to calm the mind. By focusing on breath, sensations and a special mantra to invoke peace, you will create a steady sense of calm to take with you through the day.

I always loved to move my body, I was obsessed with gymnastics as a child and was intrigued by the shapes I was able to find with practice and discipline.
