About This Class

A class that conveys core, breath and movement awareness. Most of the exercises are done lying down on your back and on your front. Pilates increases muscle strength and tone, it further develops the intelligence in your muscles and a longer leaner body.

Yoga has always been with me since I was born and I believe that we are all born yoginis and yogis because in one form or another we are always striving to be better versions of ourselves. It was not until I began to learn more about the philosophy of yoga that I noticed that, for as long as I can remember, I was already trying to apply all these concepts in my life.  Yoga is one of my passions and I am so glad to be able to share it with you.
