This lecture explores the question: How can one practice yoga off the mat? This can be done in many different ways such as the way we behave in the world, becoming more mindful of our actions, through a meditation practice and many other ways.
Yoga has always been with me since I was born and I believe that we are all born yoginis and yogis because in one form or another we are always striving to be better versions of ourselves. It was not until I began to learn more about the philosophy of yoga that I noticed that, for as long as I can remember, I was already trying to apply all these concepts in my life. Yoga is one of my passions and I am so glad to be able to share it with you.
