This yin class will be challenging physically and emotionally as the hips are known to store emotion. Be sure to be very kind to yourself during this practice. It is ideal for all levels.
I went to my first yoga class almost 15 years ago; I was a student coming out of University and looking for an outlet. I still remember the atmosphere, the warmth and the nurturing welcome when I walked into the studio ~ it was a place my intuition knew I always wanted to be. The moment I experienced heart opening postures, I was in LOVE! And now I am sharing my passion of all things yoga with you.
