Unwind from your busy life with Nancy in this 30 minute guided Savasana practice for deep relaxation. Lie down, close your eyes and drift into deep rest and stillness. Please note that Nancy does not guide you out of Savasana at the end of this class as the intention is to let you stay in relaxation for as long as you like. You will know the class is over by the sound of the gong at the end.
