As a child, Sharon always loved to dance and move her body as a way to shake off anxious feelings. Running and high-intensity sport took over this space until her mid-twenties slowing her down when her first born arrived. She opened a studio to mentor and share private yoga helping others reconnect, align and focus on their true meaning. Studies took her in the direction of adult learning, which perfectly opened a whole new world of communication and integration of yoga philosophy. Today, she still struggles with adapting to the pace of our world, however leaning into a regular practice offers peace and stillness, which she hopes to offer to you too.
