  • Lunch Time Vinyasa

    This one is another creative Vinyasa class by Juan. This practice brings lots of awareness and emphasis to the movements of the spine: Flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion, and axial extension. Awaken your upper body, core, and spine, and have fun flowing and moving with your breath.

  • Express Pilates Fusion

    This Express Pilates Fusion class is a quick, all levels practice that begins with reclined exercises to strengthen the core. It also includes exercises to build stability in the lower back, pelvis, legs, and arms. This is a quick all-body workout great for a lunchtime practice or an eventful day.

  • Strengthening Pilates Fusion

    This Pilates class is designed to strengthen and stretch your spine and core, creating stability and helping to ease discomfort. If you find yourself sitting for long periods of time then this short practice is a great way to get up and get moving!

  • Back Care | Core Foundations

    Join Nancy in her yoga series focusing on back care. This class is designed to enhance your awareness of your core and to support a healthy spine.
