It also includes exercises to build stability in the lower back, pelvis, legs, and arms. This is a quick all-body workout great for a lunchtime practice or an eventful day.

    Before a meditation session, it is recommended to practice relaxation so the body is more receptive to the amazing benefits of concentration and meditation. This practice would also pair perfectly as a way to end one of our more movement-based classes or your favourite pranayama.
