Do you find yourself pushing your limits? Or perhaps getting motivated to move your body is a challenge? This Yin & Yang series will guide through both calming and energetic practices to balance Yin and Yang energies. In Traditional Chinese Medicine Yin is cooling, calming and soothing moon energy whereas Yang is warm active solar energy. Balancing these two energies can help to create a state of contentment, wholeness, calm and ease. This series will guide you each day through alternating Yin and Yang practices to bring balance to your body and mind.
It's best to watch them in order, so that the body moves back and forth through Yin & Yang!
