When out of balance, these doshas can manifest as anxiety, irritability, and heightened levels of stress in the body and mind. This class, with its long-held poses, soothing breath attention, and slow pace is the perfect way to counter this. Even if you don't know your Ayurvedic Constitution this practice is a lovely way to look after yourself during challenging times.
Mark suggests the use of a massage ball at the start of this class as well as options for other props and their substitutions.
